She's pretty shut off from the outside world, so they never usually understand deep politics. Also, she doesn't talk a lot, so that's why their voice is quiet and soft. Deep down, she WANTS to be braver, she WANTS to be louder, but something inside isn't letting them.

Also not good at people in general. She can't really start/end/continue conversations. But most people don't approach them becuase they're emo, so yay!
